The CCNP Course - Troubleshooting (Cisco Certified Network Professional - TShoot) prepares the participant to obtain approval Exam # 642-832, enabling him to solve problems in networks of Cisco Systems ™ medium and large. The CCNP is the third level of the pyramid of certifications at Cisco. This module is 100% focused TShoot troubleshooting of routers and switches in environments of medium and high complexity.
This course is designed to meet the professionals who seek success in Cisco CCNA certification, network administrators, partners and retail outlets Cisco, support analysts, university students in the areas of computer science telecommunications.
Have already obtained the CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
I. Network Performance Management
- Develop a plan to monitor and manage the network.

- Troubleshoot Private VLANs.
- Troubleshoot VACL and PACL.
- Troubleshoot Port Security.
- Troubleshoot VoIP and Video support.
- Solve problems related to the use of # ACL on routers.
- Troubleshoot AAA settings for authentication purposes.
- Troubleshoot IOS services such as NTP, HTTP, RCP, FTP and others.
